I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, on veils which are from my range ( this excludes special order veils)

Contact me within:

3 days of delivery, please do not remove the security tag, as refunds cannot be given on items with the tags removed)

Request a cancellation within: 1 working day of purchase

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
